1. Definitions

• “PECPool,” “we,” “us,” “our” – refers to the PECPool platform and its operators.
• “User,” “you,” “your” – refers to any individual or entity using PECPool’s services.
• “Services” – refers to PECPool’s mining pool, monitoring dashboard, miner management tools, analytics platform, and any related features.

2. Eligibility

• You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PECPool complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

3. Account Registration

• You must register for an account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• PECPool is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

4. Mining Services

• By connecting your mining hardware to PECPool, you authorize us to direct mining activity and distribute rewards according to our payout structure.
• Payouts are calculated based on actual shares submitted and accepted by the pool.
• PECPool reserves the right to modify payout schedules, fees, and minimum thresholds with notice.
• Network conditions, hardware performance, and market factors can affect earnings — PECPool makes no guarantees of profitability.

5. Miner Management Features

• PECPool provides remote control functions (reboot, power on/off, pool configuration changes) for supported devices.
• You are solely responsible for using these commands in a safe and lawful manner.
• Misuse of remote management tools that damages hardware, violates hosting agreements, or breaches laws is your responsibility.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal mining activity or operate in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.
• Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, or interfere with PECPool’s infrastructure.
• Submit false shares or engage in mining fraud.
• Use PECPool to distribute malicious software or unauthorized firmware.

7. Fees and Payments

• Certain features or services may require fees.
• PECPool’s mining pool fees are deducted from rewards before payouts.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily limit access.
• PECPool is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, network interruptions, or external attacks.

9. Limitation of Liability

• PECPool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for loss of earnings, hardware damage, or missed mining opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

• We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy.
• You consent to the use of anonymized mining performance statistics for analytics and improvement.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time with notice on our website.
• Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• You may stop using PECPool at any time, but outstanding obligations (such as unpaid fees) will remain in effect.
